Services that require a knowledge transfer such as content management or an event management system will be trained to our customers and its staff. We take the time to make training very simple and easy to understand. Most applications are learned how to administer in less than 1hr. Training usually occurs over web-demonstrations, and go to meetings. TouchQuest staff will make sure that we offer the best training imaginable but we also recognize that not all questions regarding the software will be answered in one training session. TouchQuest’s Technical Support Services allow for any client who is using our software to contact us and ask us any question they have.
